The same thing with me!!! They told me I owe the IRS money, well considering I have been on ssi & ssd since 2007 I knew he was a scammer!!!! I called SS and the IRS, just to make sure! Of course I don't owe!! It was a woman at first, thick Indian accent, then I said I wanted to talk to her supervisor and a guy, thick Indian accent told me the same!! The other # that called is 609-385-0523 told me there's a criminal lawsuit against me and all that!! My local police don't seem to want to do anything, I called 1-877-idtheft they help ALOT

The same thing just happened to me. I'm a nervous wreck. My brother applied for some loans but didn't go through with the them and the ones he did get he paid back.
Now this guy is calling me (thinking I am the company that my brother works for) telling me there is a law suit against me and the company. I explained to him a million times that I am not the company and told him I didn't know what he was talking about. He just keeps asking for my brother.

and its a serios legal matter pertaining to me with the last four of my ss# and my job and before legal issues happen I must call him immediately

My wife received a call from a Sam Taylor with paralegal being John Smith saying she is being sued by Cash Advance USA for $205.  Funny b/c cash advance is not legal in the state of GA.  Say she will be served papers in 5 days.  Let them do it.  They also called her at work which is illegal.
