Got a call on Thursday 9/14. Where the caller name would be were just a bunch of letters. The person was very hard to understand. He asked for my daughter who passed away 3 years ago on October 18,2009. He appeared to not understand me,so I shouted the information again and told him to quit calling and that I would be reporting him to the FCC. With all the complaints on these calls,is there no way to stop them?
