They appear to be from India that solicit web design; They appear to grab phone numbers from new domains that have recently registered; I know this because I have never used this number, now all of a sudden, I am getting a number of phone calls, and emails from spammers that want to offer me their web design services that no one has ever heard of before. domain registers condone spamming by not hiding the most basic consumer info, which is, email, and phone number, who cares if they just have a name, spammers need emails, and numbers.
