Craigslist spammer who wants me to open a paypal account without even looking at the item I have for sale.

Yup, he contacted me too for an item on Craigslist.  After googling his phone number and his story why he would want to buy an item unseen.  Seems the internet is full of his attempts to scam people with their Paypal account from this Oceanist buying items for family members that live near you.

I received an email from him (except he claims to be woman) to buy a boat from me...I always check numbers...scammers beware you are being reported

I received a text from this number just asking if an item was still for sale.  Don't understand what he is after by texting.  Any ideas ??

Listed a boat on Craigslist this morning...got a text from "Monica" who said she would buy the boat for her "dad" as a present, pay my asking price but that payment would have to be made through PayPal.  Same scam reported by others.  Responded saying "call me." Of course, no response.
