Received text on my phone as follows:
"Congrats SUMMER!  Your loan has been approved! Please call Kashif Hadley @ 800-385-1857 x115 to have your money deposited into your account."

This company claims to be "Loan Today" and has solicited me via several other numbers I will be entering.  Once they tried to call and hung up when I answered.  When I called back they claimed to be looking for "Summer."  I asked why they didn't ask for her instead of hanging up and answering my question was outright avoided. A lot of background noise and the guy had an eastern accent so heavy I couldn't hardly understand him.

I also received a text from 313-131 that claimed to be from eCashAdvance, with basically the same text message - same call back number and extension, same cust. svc. rep. name.  If it's eCashAdvance, why did the operator tell me it's Loan Today.  I detect scam.

Whocallsme is not the loan company-you posted this message to the wrong people. Also beware of the company you do business with. A lot of these payday loan lenders promise you that you got approved, then start debiting your account without giving you any money. You also need to exercise discretion on what you post on the Internet. Your message posted on the home page of the website where anyone you don't know or trust could see it.

To be on the safe side, you will need to contact your bank to watch out for unauthorized transactions and put a fraud alert on your credit report.
