what accounts do you mean all bank accounts?

I have been getting this call for months now.  today it came from the above #.  They use different numbers.  I search google and it states the number is a New York number.  They say various things when they call.  They say they are with the Dept of criminal investigation.  Other times they may say they are call regarding pubic credit reporting and social number.   THey always have an accent and are very aggressive when they call.  Once one of the gentleman stated the matter could be cleared up if I sent them $800.00. I changed my bank account and will be looking for a source to report them to.  Have you found a source?

My wife received a call for me on her cell from #347-286-7489 threatening me with legal action for a debt.  Before I even think about calling them back, I thought I would look the services up.  I found no listing on yellowpages.com, yellowbook.com, google.com or yahoo.com.  When I listened to the voicemail, the caller sound just like the same debt collector I received a call from a few weeks ago.  The caller from PCS said his name was Clarence Taylor with the legal department and it was important for me to call.  The caller a few weeks ago Represented hisself as Officer John Harris with Precinct White and Case of Rochester, NY.  To me the 2 voices are Identical.  Officer Harris's Number is 585-331-8616.  Beware this person might call you next.

These people, who are very hard to understand as they have extremely thick accents, called my cell phone 3 times today... I finally called back & stated that I could not understand anything the man had said in thevoicemails. They stated that I owed a payday loan from over 8 months ago, stated the lst 4 of my social & my bank name! I stated that I never received that money & wanted to know if I could fax the a copy of my bank statement to prove it! They man immediately became rude & said that if I ddnt want to pay it that they would just send it to court! I asked if they could please provide me (in writing) the company they were, who they were collecting for, the amount, & the date it was barrowed! They stated that they could not provide any written information (red flag)... I asked to speak to a supervisor & the man said he was the supervisor. I asked to speak to his boss, he said he had already left for the day to calll back tomorrow morning. I asked if this man could speak English more clearly than whoever left the voicemail, snce I could not understand them. The man said "he speaks English better than you!" then hung up on me!
I propmtly called my bank to inquire as to if I was wrong & maybe I had gotten the loan. Turns out that my acount wasn't even open when they were talking about & there was never a deposit made for the company they stated...

I have been getting calls from these people for about a month now to call Charles Green at 585-331-8616 in reguards to a payday loan and for the last week I've received messages from Alan Martin to call 347-286-7489 about my credit rating and SS #. They have left threatening messages everyday. I was told to tell them that i have reported them to Homeland Security and hang up.
