Yes that is the way they do business and you have to watch it because they call from different numbers all the time. Different area codes, the main one is 972, but then there is the 347, and countless others and it does not matter how many times you talk to them and explain what the problem is, it does not matter. It is useless. I have asked them to change my due date and they will not, they say I have to refinance and I am not about to do that, I asked to have a payment put to the end of the loan. Nope you have to be up to date, well if I were up to date I would not have to worry about it. Five days is fives days, they call if you are one day behind, because then it goes into the next billing and you are actually one month late. They are the worst when it comes to customer service as well.
