You can report them to the Attorney General of your state.  I was able to report it on line.

They keep on calling and it only rings twice! I go to pick up and they are not there!

We receive constant calls from this number - if we answer there is often no one there. Sometimes the caller asks to speak to a family member and if the person is not available the caller quickly hangs up. The caller refuses to identify who they are. When I call the number a recording indicates that it is a non-working number. The number on the caller ID indicates that the call is from Long Island.
