claimed to be a package deliverer that needed signiture wanted me to return call

someone called from this number said to confirm a time to deliver important documents told me someone filed a complaint against me  told me to call 646-666-8883 to get more information on who filed the complaint and what it  is about.

just got a call from 347 269 4788, was told that if i don't return the call in 24 hours i leave them no choice and then it hangs up. doesn't confirm my name or that i am the person they are looking for. need to know who the hell it is and what the hell they're looking for or want.

they left half a message.  something about my signature on the back of a package and insisted I call them back.  Don't think so
