Called 3 times over half an hour no message left...repeated this for 4 days in a row about 10am each day

I received a call from this number claiming to be giving insurance quotes. It sounded like it was not from America. They are supposed to be calling back, but I am suspicious.

Keep calling but I am not picking up if I don't recognize the phone number!
