I got a call this morning from same number. They said that they had papers already sealed to be served on me. I asked why they were calling me from NY when I live in Nevada?

Then she said that I could call the number of the person serving me and give the claim number she was giving me and settle before papers were going to be served. She had the special number I needed to call.

I told her to go ahead and serve me. Then she hung up.

Obvious scam. I then blocked the number.

Same complaint as above. I called back from a different number and provided the original number they called. The gentleman who answered told me he represented a processing center. When he provided the name of the person his agency was looking for, I told them he doesn't live here. The representative then claimed he would remove my number from his agency's directory.

They said something like they received a complaint about me and had documents that they were going to present to my employer.  Funny - I'm currently unemployed.

I received a message saying i needed to call back regarding a formal complaint. They will only try to deliver twice to my home address or work of employment. Gave a number that I or my attourney could call if we had questions.
ALL BS

Like all above!!! They've "received legal complain" and documents will be  delivered in few days to your  home address.
They need to be VERIFIED with all your information!
Scammers!!!!
