Got a call from these people, claiming that my computer is infected with a virus and they can help me..
I asked the caller for my ip adress and he hung up!

Yes, these creeps not only trashed my computer, while saying they were with Microsoft, but wanted to fix all the problems for hundreds of dollars.  They call me for three months, with a different name each time.  The same guy every time, every day, and using a land line we never really use.  His accent was Indian,with his sweet smelling cab.  Etprotection @ 1-347-227-6912 San Francisco 91159 support@etprotection.com.  An expensive lesson, that is hard to understand, how they get by with it.

I PAID $390.00....ON 9/8/11 FOR A LIFE TIME PROTECTION FOR UP TO THREE COMPUTERS!  I TRIED TO CALL ....1-347-227-6912 WITH A QUESTION & THE NUMBER WOULD NOT GO THRU!.... THE COMPANY IS:
