Harassing...repetitive phone calls. I've told them I'm not interested in their service and to not call again. They insist that I turn on my computer....I refuse...I've heard of these scams....he says his name is Daniel Parker and his father is the police because I told him he is harassing me.

"Harry" with an Indian accent called from Windows Service Center to fix my Windows operating system.  When I asked him if he was associated with Microsoft, he said no.  Earlier I had reported them to Microsoft when they were identifying themselves as Microsoft owned.  He made it clear that Microsoft was the manufacturer, they were the service center.  This is about the 6th time they have called me volunteering to fix my computer.  When I asked him if he knew what he was doing was illegal, he said "yes" and hung up.
