Received a phone call. No message left.

I got a text from this number saying it was Tioga State Bank to call 347-218-4082. I don't deal with this bank so I know it is a scam. Also read other sites where people received similar text claiming it was from one of the local banks from their area. BEWARE DON'T CALL BACK THE NUMBER!

Rdv a alert yesterday( SAT ) about my account at Tioga State Bank.  Had to laugh since I have never had account with Tioga State Bank

People kill me with their silly scams! I received a text from this number (supposedly Tioga State Bank) with a message to call them. At first glance it made no sense because: 1) I don't have an account with that bank,  and 2) if it was really a message from Tioga State Bank why was the message coming from a 347 (Downstate-Brooklyn, Queens, etc.) number and not an 800 number or at least a number from Tioga county? Don't waste any brain power on this. Delete the message and move on! :-)
