Data suggests number is registered to Broadwing Communications.  However, I think they either got hacked or have an internal jokester. I have no idea on the 'real' reason for this text, but there's no way I'm going to that website... especially because it's spelled incorrectly.  

Beware.  Why would apple dish out millions in revenue?
