Called twice- no msg

Initially a taped message (illegal in the first place) claiming it was not a telemarketing call - because it was a solar * lease*!  My husband waited for the human to get on the line, he loves to have fun with these guys and asks them for $500 right off the bat, then argues with them until they get exasperated and hang up.
