The message indicated this was an urgent msg and it came in at 6:51 AM today.  It said" Ipad 3 for the first 300 users to go to http://tablet-winners.com and enter verification code 9283.  I looked up the phone number on reverse directory and unless I want to pay 1.99 for the information, it came from a mobile phone,

And I am on the No Call List as well.

I received an urgent  text message from this number early this morning.  Advising me to sign unto a site to receive a I Pad and I had to enter in a verification code.
