This number is not in service. However calls and texts are coming from it currently. Generally this occurs when someone is attempting to hack your phone. Once done the person call listen to your phone calls. View your contact list. Including accessing your voicemail whenever they want!
Pay attention to sudden and or frequent dropped calls. Problems turning your phone off or on. Texts or calls not reaching your intended people. Could be rerouted for interception.
