The URL is masked by a shortening service (tinyurl). Possible SMS Scam. I'm sure there is personal information to be entered at the end of this particular rainbow. Be very careful!

Received the text "Hi, You have been Selected to Test & Keep the New iPad3! Confirm Your Spot Now at http://tinyurl/youripad3" Obviously someone failed elementary English class or there are a ton of proper nouns unknown to me. I am going with the former.
