I received the same call. I called back and they told me that I was being sued by the IRS and that I owed over $5000. They were trying to get me to pay on the phone and threatened me with seizing property & that I would be picked up within 48 hrs to go in front of the court to have to pay my fees and face up to 5 yrs in jail.

I answered when they called at 7:30 am of all times. Said it was my last notice from the IRS. I knew it was a scam. But if I was unaware, one could be taken in. I wonder how many people fall for this and how much money they scam out of people. It is awful!

Got a call from this number said I was being sued from the IRS. I'm pretty sure the IRS would send written notification. I think it's a scam.
