Just got a call from this number; didn't answer.  Caller ID shows this number but my cable provider (on the tv records) shows it is from telephone exchange +92 346-870-4285, which according to google, is the international trunk line for somewhere in Pakistan.  No idea who or why, just know it must be sketchy!
