Someone using this number called me about a half-hour ago. It's a landline based in Tomball, TX; however, if you own an iPhone on the latest iOS, the location is listed as "United States" only. I checked whatever public records were available online, and found out the number is *registered* with Bandwidth.com, CLEC--a Louisville, KY-based company that provides VoIP services nationwide. Online complaints suggest that scammers and telemarketers frequently use their service. No message was left.
