Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I received a robo-call on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, 9:30am, to my cell phone from (346) 303-9921. The message said "This is the I.R.S., we have been trying to reach you to let you know that we have a lawsuit against you. For more information please call 346-303-9921" (repeated the number and disconnected). This message did not request any specific person, or nor mention any caller's name or I.D.. I thought about this call and there is no reason for the IRS to sue me or my spouce. We file our taxes each year and on time and report all earnings etc. I tried to call the number back just to see how they'd handle the call assuming it was fraud and no one answered! Haha. Real pro's! They didn't even have an automated answering service!!  Then I Googled the number and my assumptions were correct! It's a fraud! I'm going to be reporting this number to the IRS and blocking the number from my phone!!

They just called me.  I am very upset. Please go get this guy.
