Definite Scam phone. Most scammers don't leave messages on my answering machine, but this one did
leave a very nasty message that I would be arrested if I did not call right away. This was an obvious Robot-Call
as the messages had several pauses as the computer filled in several words or numbers.

Received the call said IRS is filing a lawsuit against "you". Thanks everyone's posting. I'm sure this is a scam...

Called and threatened the lawsuit. Asked what the name was on the account. They gave my wife's name. I told them she had just died (she hasn't) and the guy was totally stunned and then hung up. Have some fun with these folks if you can.....
