FRAUD rs... scam callers.

Received a call on my cell phone from 346-201-6315 on 05/08 at 9:41 AM. Did not recognized the number and did not answer. No message left on cell phone. My home/cell phone numbers are registered on DO NOT CALL, but we know that it is just a joke. I am getting annoyed with all the strange calls and no messages are left.

Called cell phone.  Shows from Houston. No message. Looks like scam.

Received a call but caller left no message. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize it.  I'm labeling it as a scam caller.

Some guy called confirming my address saying we were entered into some kind of drawling? Also that they were taking donations for Houston police department and rambling on about trump lol hung up and blocked the number.
