Typical the answering machine kicks on & they hang up, leaving no message.  I would THINK that legitimate companies would say SOMETHING. They need to if they EVER expect to get their calls answered.  Vague words such as "Customer Care" have been used by the peddlers so much, they are no longer trusted.
