This company calls me telling me that they are calling me because of an inquiry I made (they say) about lowering the interest rates on my home loan.  My attitude toward NOT leaving their name proves 100% of the time to be a dishonest telemarketer.  I have no intention of ever answering any phone call that doesn't identify themselves.  Who are they?
