I got a text message from this number saying they were Chase bank about my credit card. I don't have a Chase credit card. When I called the number they told me to press 1 then enter my 9 digit social security number.

I got a text from 317-417-55 stating Important Chase Bank notification. Asking me to call 339-368-5568. I did not call because I do not have any Chase accounts.

I got a text saying to call about an important Bank of America notification. A computerized voice says my debit card is suspended until verification. Then after you hit 1, it immediately asks for your SS#. Banks don't ask for that info over the phone like that. Annoying scammers.

When you call it asks you t0 press one to activate your card and then asks for SSN
