Had the wrong number and was VERY rude and YELLED at me on the phone.

Call was a recording asking for a certain person, says if not that person push
a number.  Then you get a person wanting your name and your address,
told them I was not giving out my name and address, the man said he could
get my address was not very nice, he talked loud.

they should be reported to the  F.B.I.  all these call and collection or debt  caller need to be put to a  stop   wondering how do they get people numbers and try to get money or a person information
