I just received a call from this number saying I had responded to a survey.  I said what survey?  He said about job placement.  I said no I did not and then I got hung up on.  How rude

They said I filled out a survey for job placement and wanted my info. He kept right on talking as I tried to tell him I did not do a online survey for anything and I was not giving out any of my personal information. I had to hang up as he would not listen and kept talking.

Got a call just now saying I did a survey online.
I told him I am a student and he asked about my school.
I did not answer right away and he told me that I am not qualified for several answers that I gave in the "survey".
Not sure what this is about and I'm pretty annoyed.
