My phone has been bombarded the last two days with telemarketers asking for someone else claiming that person filled out a survey online.  I know the person they are asking for and that person absolutely did not give out MY phone number on an online survey.  This number called this afternoon and hung up on me without even saying anything.  That is even more annoying than the rude guy yesterday who refused to tell me the name of his company after I told him to put my number on their do not call list.

I'm thinking your "friend" probably did give out your number.  What are the chances that of all the people in the world they would just happen to call your number and claim they got it from someone you happen to know, with no other way to connect that person and your number?... think about it.

Just got a call from this number. They claimed I filled out a survey about a job opportunity. I told them I didn't and they said ok bye. Reading the other messages it looks like this is a scamming attempt, looking for people who need jobs and ripping them off? Classy.

Received a call this afternoon, Thursday, June 20, 20113 @ about 03:48 p.m. D.S.T.

Did not recognize area code and / or phone number so I hit Ignore, and away they went!

They appear to have not left a message.

Jeez!  I wonder why?  >:--)

"Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam ..." almost Ad Infinitum.

Called my company phone.
