Shop around, old landline services just aren't equipped or even allowed to do the kind of blocking needed today.

Continue to report violations of the law to the FTC as they do good work taking down some big violators, but don't expect them to make a difference in how much your phone rings. That's up to you and what providers and vendors you choose to give your money to.
