Caller_Id displays "survey (339-205-1010. No message left. Since we don't answer unknown calls, and since the 'pollster' doesn't leave a message (perhaps a standard practice of pollsters to guarantee a random selection process) - it would seem that the spammers may be causing problems with the accurate polling samples?
A few weeks agos spammers claiming to be from the Ben Carson campaign were calling to solicit funds. Some spoofed numbers were actually numbers used by government agencies. Since it appears that the spammers are now inconveniencing people and organizations with more clout that individual consumers, maybe they can add their voices to calls tor more effective ways to track down these guys? Who knows? Maybe some of them are gathering funds for ISIS?
Is it even possible (as I've asked before) if the CIA or the NSA could track down the originators of these calls, given enough time?
Or perhaps, it really is a survey company.
