Local Lighthouse and its robodialers used to claim in first few minutes of the call that they were calling from Google, using script practiced a lot.  I had to feign interest to learn that it's not Google. Now they talk about getting your biz on the front page of Google, Yahoo, Bing without the insinuation they're Google - they never insinuated they were Yahoo or Bing, at least in the many calls I received. This change in script wording is probably due to the Google vs. LL lawsuit.

    But it still takes effort and feigning interest to learn it's LL, they still don't mention their name until 5-10 minutes into the call. First time I learned it was LL this month is when LL sent me an info sheet and contract from www.locallighthouse.com.

339-201-9314 constantly calls my business phone (happens to be a cell phone,) the caller id says unknown and when i ask to be placed on a do not call list they just hang up.

Got a call on 13nov15 @ 12.21pm on cell#. Caller id shows "339-201-9314" and "Weymouth, MA".  "Clay" from "SEO Services" called offering to place my business on 1st page of google, etc. Said they're in Irvine, Calif. Hung up when I started asking questions.

Local Lighthouse is in Costa Mesa CA, a very short hop from Irvine, CA. Or perhaps the call center is in Irvine and HQ is in Costa Mesa.

I like to mess with them. Usually will have them wait for me and then get their hopes up and crush them
