the typical prerecorded call about being my second and final notice to lower interest rates.

Its a robocall from Brigitte of Cardholder Services saying they want to lower the interest rate on my current credit card account. These scammers call me daily.

Caller ID says 339-201-9313 East Weymouth, MA 5:30PM. Sentry Call Blocker did not allow them to leave a message.
Thank you all for reporting these calls - the number is now on our Black List.

Called 11Dec2015 @12:08PM PST. CID=BNK CRD ADVOCATE. This area code is blocked so I only know they called when I check my calls received list. With a name as this I would never answer as it reeks of scam. Based on other comments this is a new name for Bank Card Services, Consumer Assist, Bnk Card Relief, etc. Scamming must be lucrative as Brigitte/Racheal have been calling repeatedly for years. Thanks to Caller ID & blocking call technologies I am no longer disturbed by unwanted rings! Nevertheless I would be happy to read news of them being jailed for fraud!
