My caller id said direct tv service but im not sure why they would call robot voice for sure and didn't answer back after I said owner was not available

I picked up but did not say anything, they did not say anything either. Knew i should not have even answered it.

I do not think this was a person. Long pause then said "This is Lisa Ward" I said told my company and asked how I could help. She said "Is the business owner there?" and when I asked to take a message, she hung up. But the voice sounded very robotic..odd.

Wow... High tech robo !! I asked if this is a robo call...
She said. 'of course not, do I sound that bad today?'
Little more back & forth conversation ..
She sounds real... But I knew...
