Called to try to make an appointment to evaluate our health care insurance. She then asked who covered our office. I try to be polite. I said that we were happy with our coverage and I didn't have time for a sales call. She then called me rude and yelled at me. I hung up and decided to put this note in.

Being crooks, they don't listen to your requests.  You need to STOP talking to them.  That just keeps the calls coming since they know there is a real person who actually answers the phone.  Try this:
Do not answer calls from unknown numbers and suspicious names.
Do not call back unknown numbers and suspicious names.
Get a call blocker or see if you phone carrier has call blocking.  Some home phones, cell phones, smart phones can block calls.
