Called left no message

Call came in at 7:14am. I was just stepping into the shower so it took several rings before I got to my cell phone.   No one replied to my "hello?" so I hung up.  I know no one in Louisiana so I'm assuming it's some sort of a scam in process.

The computer said this was consumer credit regarding my credit account. I could lower my rate by pressing 1. I didn't then it said this offer expires today. I hung up.
