Unknown call to my cell.
I found this comment at another site: "wanted to lower my cr. card rate. I told them I didn't have one and remove my #. He said by law as of 2016 I had to pay 10$ for him to do that. Idiot! "
Calling this a prank because they are just calling for your info. Don't give it to them!
