yeah same here, don't call all the time , but very vague message, like they know you.

Debt collector. If you don't answer your phone, she (Charmaine) will call you on a daily basis until you make payment arrangements. Asked her to stop calling every number I have an she was rude and slammed her phone.

I received a call too and I have already been paying them. Have a lot of money set up per month for payment on account and they keep calling to get me to pay it out with my taxes when I have already informed them I do not get any tax monies back.

"Charmaine" just called me and asked for my dad. She never would say where she's from. I think it's a scam but I will be blocking the number.
