Got a call from Ashley regarding GSA contract. I called her back, no answer ... left message. I know this is bogus but my curiosity is killing me.

Woman named Jennifer calling from Qualified for GSA wanting to know about our government contracts. There are other phone comments about "Qualified for GSA" and other scams.

I also received a cryptic message from someone calling herself "Jennifer" - she would only say that she wants me to call her back. FYI: I've been receiving multiple calls from telemarketers lately. I suspect this is just another attempt to sell me something.
