Gee, you wouldn't be asking for an up front fee would you?

I received a similar call.  They have a file of people that may have responded to an RFP from the US government and want to provide "assistance".

Brittany Hardwell called from Contract Award Service - they offer a 5 year contract. I asked her how much. She said $7,500.00. I told her if we are interested we will call you back. no name on caller ID just phone # 337-205-8167

Brittney Hartwell  only speak to principal or owner.

Hung upon me when I pressed further and mentioned that i need to be clear on the subject due to telemarketing calls

"Brittney Hartwell," only wanted to speak to principal or owner. Looked up business owner and rushed his/her name out like she knew them.

Said it was about a GSA 5 year contract with federal government for products or services like they had spoke about it. (They hadn't - I checked.)

Horrible phone presence - REALLY Scam/SPAM like -- rushed not to leave any room for questions. There's no way that was a legitimate business call.
