I answer every time they call and there is no one there ever. I hung up after a few seconds of silence.

Dudes, All you have to do is switch your Home/Business phone service to Broadvoice and they have an INCLUDED Phone Firewall feature that lets you ADD any phone number, partials and area codes (for example, block ALL 800,888 and 202 or block all ???555???? calls.  It's great.  Just visit www.Broadvoice.com and get UNLIMITED VOIP calling from just $9.95.  Show some love and choose "Referred by a Friend" and enter "7732926240" in the phone number field.  This Phone Firewall has been the best.  It block Unavailable and more.  You can even set it to do it ONLY during certain hours and TEXT you the list of what it blocked.  It's awesome and INCLUDED.
