Repeated calls stating a law suit is being filed by the IRS

I received two identical recorded calls from this number today (July 13, 2016, approx 1:20 and 2:20 p.m. Pacific) stating that the IRS was suing me and directing me to call this number. I reported it to the IRS at https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml

"foreign goat herders"?  Seriously?  As if no American would ever scam another American.  Might as well blame it on all women because the voice was female.

My other half wrote in here a bit earlier. I decided to try and call these goat herding idiots. I called over and over, with our number blocked, and  it'd either ring repeatedly, or it'd ring and some foreign goat herder would answer and  hang up. I got one person, to finally say something. Just ya'll take a good guess what he said... He said; "how much you are, you are pimp?   How much is for you pimp?" what in the good lord? Haha! My response to him was;  "sure honey, I'm your pimp, and you're not making me any money, because you can't stop messin around with them goats." Haha!!  Needless to say, he hung up after hearing my response.
I tried calling these idiots back a good 2 dozen times. And almost every time it either rang a bunch or they'd pick up, then hang up.

Even though the  number is  blocked, I think they can still see our numbers. Not positive of that, it's just a hunch. I just now tried  calling the  number.  There's  now a long pause,  then it goes straight  to a fast busy signal. So maybe they've closed up shop on that phony number,  and tomorrow they'll have a new dummy number they'll be calling us all from. Well ya'll that's all I got to report on these idiots. Until their next call... Ya'll have a good night!!

Van, you must be  a bit slow. Every single one of three scammers that have called us has been a barely fluent in English goat herder... Or are you a bit hard of hearing when they call?  You aren't thinking these idiots are from the US do ya? Do your research and you'll see just where these Goat herding idiots are from. It ain't the US....

Most of them are coming from overseas. However there were arrests made in an IRS scam out of Florida.
