Calls from many different numbers including this one.  Claims to be a "medical compensation" company asking for personal information.  I am on the do not call list.  Uses fake names such as Austin Smith and John Smith. has an indian accent.

the have an Indian accent and any time I asked who it was they would start asking me different questions. Couldn't really say my name so I knew it wasn't someone that really knew me. They use different numbers and hang up when I start to question them.

This telemarketer called my phone. When I could not understand what he was saying, I told him to get a dozen or so of the other people to stop talking so I could hear him. I then spoke to him in Cherokee to show him that if it was English, I could not recognize it He then got very ugly using the F*** word and when I told him if he planned to F*** me I'd let him talk to my husband. I handed my husband the phone and he said what's he going to do to me? F*** him too. He then hung up. I have two daughters and they sometimes use my phone. They are actually my granddaughters, but we adopted them when their parents (my son and his wife) and got involved in drugs. The youngest of the two, has problems and it would have kept her awake for many nights if he had said that to her!
Low Gap, NC near Winston Salem is where the caller called from. He is a telemarketer about medical compensation. I have not requested medical compensation.

The guy said he was calling from the medical dept. I told him 5 times I couldn't understand what he was saying. He hung up the phone. When I tried to call him back the number wasn't valid.

Wow! i been getting the same calls for the past MONTH. These men are CREEPS! First call i got was similar to Rusty Williams call-could not understand a word and lots going on in the background-man got upset and used the F-word. Other calls that i received from the same guy and same "Medical Compensation" company took it to far. He was asking personal question and was beeing very direspectful (perverted) He used Erik Wilson, Edward Stevens and John Smith as his name. Numbers are coming from area code (512) and (619) and yes, darn invalid numbers. If anyone, has any further info on this so called "Medical Compensation" company please post as i will do the same.
