Saying I owe a payday loan from 10 yrs ago

Scam call numerous times

Dialed the number back answer phone as CRS. Just hung up.

Got a voicemail from these scammers.  Couldn't really understand the name of the business or the person calling, but the gist of it was that there were pending complaints against me that would be filed immediately unless I called them today and they would pursue at my employer and residence (Stalk me???).  I called the local sheriff's office who advised me to disregard.  Just another scam going around.

Just got call from a lady saying she is from CRS. Saying I got a loan and did not pay back in 2012. Threatening to take me to court. I told her, I have received these types calls all year from them with the same threat. Why haven't they taken me to court yet? She basically tried to get smart with me saying it's gone into default and will be placed as a civil suit on my credit. Basically, I don't give a rat's bottom. Told her I paid it back in 2012 and they were not getting any of my money.
