VA mortgage options, "VA streamline"

Robo call -didn't leave message- SCAM

Asked me if I had a VA home loan.  I stopped him right there and told him I didn't appreciate him calling my phone during work hours to inquire about my home loan.  I didn't give him a chance to say anything else so unfortunately I don't have any other information to share as to whether or not it could be a scam.
