They are calling to tell you that you've won money and that you can verify it with local law enforcement as I did to find out its a scam.
When tryingto call the number back its a non working number and theg have several different numbers that they are using!

A recorded message on my answering machine telling me I can make a bunch of money...press 1 to find out how...press 9 to guarantee you will never get another message from him.
