i received a phone call from this number and didn't answer. i tried to call back but it wouldn't ring and it said the call could not be completed as dialed.

the call is from greensboro north carolina, which is like an hour from me.. i missed the call twice today, one at 928 this morning and one just 2o minutes ago... lol what the heck is going on?
