The usual lower your credit card rate offer.  I use Google Voice and blocked them after answering their first call and hanging up on the recording, so they are played a disconnected number message now when they call and my phone never rings.  But my call log shows they've been trying to reach me 2 or 3 times a day for several weeks now--unbelievably persistent.  I can't believe nobody else has received their calls yet.
